• London Transport Route 245A Sunday Bus Stop 'e' Plate

This is a London Transport enamel bus stop 'e' plate for Route '245A Sunday' in red.

The plate is approximately 130mm wide x 125mm deep and weights around 250g.

Route 245A was introduced in June 1970, running between Golders Green Station and Sudbury Town Station via The Vale, Pennine Drive, Cricklewood, Neasden and North Wembley. It was operated by SM, SMS and latterly DMS vehicles before being withdrawn in October 1978 when the 245 was introduced daily.

The 'e' plate is in very good condition with just some edge chipping and minor marks (see photo).
