We are aware that some customers are experiencing an issue during checkout with a Loading message that doesn't clear. This seems to be affecting customers who have an apostrophe in their name or address.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue but in the meantime, if you find the checkout gets stuck with 'Loading, Please Wait' after accepting the Terms & Conditions, go back to your Billing/Shipping address details to remove any apostrophe's and then try again.
