This is an old Ordnance Survey One-Inch Map Sheet No.89 Lancaster & Kendal.
The map folds out and is in very good condition, although the cover has dents and marks and a small crease on the rear (please see photos).
The map states 'revised 1963-64 - major roads revised 1971'.
